Gamtani Construction Corporation is currently working on an exciting commercial renovation project at Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Old Bridge, NJ. The restaurant is undergoing a full interior update, and our team is in charge of two major components: professional-grade painting and a T-Bar (suspended) ceiling system installation.
Creating a Clean, Modern Restaurant Environment
The Great Greek team is aiming to bring fresh, vibrant energy into their new space — and that starts with quality craftsmanship behind the scenes. Our crew is carefully coordinating with other contractors on-site to ensure everything flows smoothly and efficiently.
1. Interior Painting in Progress
Our painters are actively working to prepare, prime, and coat the restaurant’s interior surfaces. As shown in the photo, we are:
Using lift equipment to reach high ceilings and ductwork
Masking ventilation systems, pipes, and lighting with protective coverings
Applying commercial-grade, low-VOC paint that is ideal for high-traffic, food-service environments
This paint is chosen not only for its clean, polished look — but also for its durability, stain resistance, and easy maintenance in a busy restaurant setting.
2. Installing a T-Bar Suspended Ceiling
We’ve also started installing a T-Bar ceiling system that will conceal mechanical and electrical components while improving the acoustic quality and visual appeal of the space.
T-Bar ceilings are a top choice for restaurants because they:
Offer a sleek, uniform ceiling finish
Reduce noise with acoustic tiles
Provide easy access to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems above
Allow seamless integration of lighting and fire suppression systems
Our crew is currently building out the metal grid frame that will support the ceiling tiles, and everything is aligned, leveled, and being double-checked for precision.
